Minimum Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Washington, and have litigated in Washington for at least 4 years
California Bar admission preferred
Substantial experience in civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A growth mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to contribute to a forward-thinking team

What You’ll Do
Talk to potential clients and evaluate their cases
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery work
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial prep (often first-chairing in court)
Work closely with partners on case strategy and client communication
