Lubin Pham + Caplin LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Arizona office (some litigation experience preferred). In this role, you will work directly under a partner, serve as a primary point of contact for opposing counsel and clients, and take ownership of your cases from start to finish.

While you will work under the supervision of the Firm’s partners, this position offers meaningful opportunities to develop independent case management skills. You will be trusted to develop strategic solutions with partner guidance. This role requires diligence, strong legal research and writing skills, and a commitment to continuous growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work directly under one or more Firm partners on all aspects of civil litigation
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written advocacy
• Appear at hearings, take and defend depositions, and second- or third-chair trials
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Strong writing skills are preferred. If still developing, candidates must be open to learning and willing to invest in improvement.

 

What You Need for This Position

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  
• Active license to practice law in Arizona
• 1-7 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Demonstrated case management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Firm
• Experience in real property or insurance coverage law preferred
