What You’ll Do
- Work alongside LPC attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
- Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions.
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third-chairing in court.
- Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors – no worries if you’re not a strong writer yet, just bring your enthusiasm to grow!
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- License & Experience: Active South Carolina bar admission with 2–4 years of experience as a practicing attorney; must have completed Rule 403 South Carolina Trial Experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; writing proficiency is a plus.
- Attitude: Ready to learn, adaptable, detail and solution-focused, and resilient in a high-energy, high-stakes environment.
