What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Representative, you’ll be the voice of our firm, ensuring every caller feels heard, valued, and directed to the right resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Facilitating potential client intake, gathering clear, concise information.
- Supporting our CRM system (Lawmatics) through updates, task management, and detailed note-taking.
- Scheduling appointments and consultations.
- Assisting in various administrative tasks to keep the client services team running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our Client Services Manager and play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to potential and current clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years in client-facing roles, with a preference for law office experience.
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience: Comfortable with cold calling and managing a high volume of calls.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM tools (Lawmatics), Clio Manage, and VOIP phone systems like Zoom Phone.
- Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
