Cindy graduated from the University of California Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, and Society. She then graduated from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. After graduating she practiced dependency and advocated strongly for her clients as minors counsel. With that experience she now advocates for homeowners against domineering Homeowners Associations.
