Oliver D. Tomas is a senior associate at Lubin Pham + Caplin LLP where he leads the Firm’s healthcare law practice.

Oliver earned his law degree at American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. where he served as a Note and Comments Editor for the American University Administrative Law Review. Oliver’s experience untangling and interpreting complicated and cryptic regulatory schemes began in law school when he served as a law clerk for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining LPC to lead the Firm’s healthcare law practice, Oliver represented healthcare providers from advising them on regulations to representing them in reimbursement-recovery lawsuits. He has substantial experience in representing healthcare providers in state and federal litigation, arbitration, mediation, settlement negotiations with health insurance companies, managed care companies, medical groups or IPAs, Medicare and/or Medi-Cal, and self-funded ERISA Health and Welfare plans.
