Erfan Samsam Shariat is an associate attorney at Lubin Pham + Caplin LLP. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in the Social Sciences from California State University, Fullerton. And he later attended Whittier Law School, where he earned a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in criminal law.

 Before joining Lubin Pham + Caplin LLP, Erfan successfully represented numerous prominent financial institutions and private investors in hundreds of collections and unlawful detainer cases.

 Erfan has an advanced-level fluency in Farsi. During his time away from the office, Erfan enjoys mountain biking, basketball, and spending time with his family.
