Chad is an associate attorney at Lubin Pham + Caplin LLP where he handles both litigation and pre-litigation disputes. Prior to joining LPC, Chad worked as a trial attorney where he represented defendants in civil litigation across a broad spectrum of personal injury and property damage claims. Now he uses that experience to represent homeowners across a broad spectrum of real property issues. Although he doesn’t discuss it much, he used to be a competitive powerlifter. At his peak, he could bench 455lbs and deadlift over 700lbs.
